Spring Herb Walk
     - and Medicine Making Workshop

Rhiannon is running a workshop for the Workers' Educational Association. There will be an opportunity to make simple remedies and a walk to discover and identify healing plants.

Saturday 15th June 10am-1pm at Church House, Bodicote, Banbury.

Fee: £14 plus £4 material charge per student

Drop in sessions
     - at The National Herb Centre

Enjoy a visit to the National Herb Centre in Warmington, Warwickshire and take the opportunity to ask Rhiannon personal questions about herbal medicine. Please note these are not full consultations with treatment but aim to answer initial queries and concerns regarding all aspects of herbal treatment such as:

  • Is Herbal Medicine suitable for my condition?
    Can I take herbs with my other medicines?
    Is Herbal Medicine suitable for my baby?
    Where do I buy Herbal Medicines that I know I can trust?

There is no charge but donations would be appreciated.

Sessions will be held in the Garden Room on:

Saturday 30th March 2pm — 4pm
Saturday 27th April 2pm — 4pm
Sunday 14th July 2pm — 4pm
Sunday 8th September 2pm — 4pm

Summer Solstice Medicinal Herb Walk

An evening herb walk for Herbal Medicine Awareness Week is on:-

Friday 21st June from 7pm -9pm

This will be led by Rhiannon who is a Fellow of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.

The leisurely-paced walk will take place around the wildflower meadow at Broughton Grounds Farm, North Newington, Banbury OX15 6AW.

It will provide an opportunity to learn about the medicinal properties of hedgerow herbs, flowers and 'weeds' . Refreshments and an introduction to the farm will be provided afterwards.

£6.50 per adult (£5 concessions)
£3 children age 4-12yrs
Children under 4yrs free.

Herb Walks on Request

Rhiannon is happy to conduct walks for groups on request. They are also available for special celebrations.
